This lease finishout project of 8,000 SF was certified LEED Silver with a budget of $350K. LCCx was the Commissioning Authority and provided commissioning services per the LEED requirements for fundamental commissioning.

 

LCCx provided comments to the design team and owner as part of his review of the design documents at 50% and 90%. He also coordinated the meetings with the contractor during construction to verify the LEED requirements were being met. LCCx oversaw that the documentation of the field tests were completed in a timely manner in order to identify outstanding issues before the contract was complete and delivered the Commissioning Summary Report to the owner.
