The University of Texas Housing and Dining department remodels two floors in this dormitory every year. LCCx was selected to perform the HVAC Test, Adjust & Balance on this fast-paced project. Work did not begin until mid-May. once the students had left for the summer. It had to be completed by the first weekend in August when the students began returning to the dorm.
 

LCCx worked two crews in overtime to follow the progress of the Mechanical and Controls contractors. As part of our aggressive schedule we began work on the Chilled Water systems before the Air-side of the construction was completed. By following this aggressive schedule we were able to successfully complete the TAB by the deadline.
